What to Contact Us About

We welcome messages about any of the following. Just describe your situation in the email.

  • Content corrections — wrong translations, typos, audio issues
  • Learning questions — confusing grammar points or unclear example sentences
  • Feature requests — "I wish the site had X" kind of feedback
  • Bug reports — pages not loading, buttons that don't work, broken audio
  • Partnerships / collaboration — educators, bloggers, content collaborations
  • Privacy requests — data deletion, GDPR / CCPA inquiries

Response Times

HaruKorean is run by a single developer, so replies typically come within 2–3 business days. More involved questions may take longer. Thanks for your patience.

If you're reporting a bug, the following information helps a lot:

  • The URL of the page where it happened
  • Your browser (e.g., Chrome, Safari) and OS (e.g., Windows 11, iOS 17)
  • A clear description of what went wrong — screenshots if possible

What We Can't Help With

Some requests fall outside the scope of this project:

  • Private Korean tutoring, interpretation, or translation services
  • Solicitations, sales pitches, or promotional outreach
